Our Staff

Currently, we have four regions in Tennessee that have First Tee programs. Tri-Cities, Middle Tennessee, Greater Chattanooga, and Memphis.The Executive Director for First Tee - Tennessee is Joshua McDade.

• Tri-Cities: Cody Weems, Regional Director.  Adam Dean, Program Director
• Nashville & Surrounding Counties:  Joseph Brown, Program Director, Carey Ray, Head Golf Professional @ VinnyLinks Golf Course
• Greater Chattanooga:  Dori Paschall, Regional Director,  Kathleen McCarthy, Senior Program Director.
• Memphis: Kaitlyn Hayes, Regional Director/Senior Program Director, Javon Gilbert, Program Director

There are several management and program models used at our various affiliate locations.  The differences are based on what works best for that location.  In some instances, the location staff delivers programs, in other locations our traveling coach delivers programs.  And in some instances, it is a combination of location staff and traveling coach that deliver programs.
